Group Five’s services include process quality and service measurements, customer satisfaction and loyalty studies, and service provider evaluation, selection, and contracting. The annual industry studies we conduct include industry benchmarks for transfer agent, proxy solicitor, stock plan administration, and financial reporting services. Group Five can also conduct customer satisfaction studies that assist clients in measuring the quality of services provided by outside vendors.
Group Five provides objective evaluations of customer satisfaction, loyalty and service quality and combines them with industry-wide data to provide a context for interpreting and acting on research information.
